Interpretation and Definitions

For the purpose of this return/refund policy, the following definitions shall have the following meanings: - “Company” refers to Fitvell Nutrition - “Product(s)” means the goods purchased through fitvellnutrition.com

Definitions

You may be entitled to a return and refund by applying. For example: Individual canceled an order after confirming via fitvellnutrition.com, or the order got/were canceled at the request of an individual or something during the process. You can request a refund or replacement in the following cases:

  • Product delivered was damaged or defective.
  • Product delivered was not as per order specifications.
  • Product delivered was different from the product ordered.
  • Other valid reasons at the company's discretion.

Return

All returns, refunds, and exchanges must be pre-approved. Only unused, unopened, untampered with products within seven days are eligible for review and return.

Full Refund Possible If:

  • You returned your product(s) as per company’s terms, the concerned product(s) reach the company.
  • The reason matches one of the key conditions for a refund (damage, not as described, etc.)
  • The product returned in original packaging, unused and untampered.
  • Refund requests made within seven days of delivery.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email Fitvell Nutrition Support at support@fitvellnutrition.com to initiate your refund request, including the reason for return along with a valid order ID. To make the process faster, include images if product issue is physical.
  2. Once your request is approved, Fitvell Nutrition will share the approved return address by email.
  3. Send the product to the provided address in unused, original condition. Fitvell Nutrition will inspect returned goods and process your refund within 10 days for eligible returns.

Return Policy

While we do our best to ensure the quality, packing, and timely dispatch of our products, returns are considered for manufacturing defects, physical damage during delivery, or product not matching order specification. Customer is responsible for securely packing the item for return shipping; Fitvell Nutrition will not be liable for damage during return transit. Exchanges or refunds for reasons other than genuine product issue are solely at company’s discretion.
